View Investigation Details

Overview


Intake users can view the investigation details on any claim. These details include the Initial Interaction Decision and how many disputes have Chargeback Rights where applicable. This tool may not get much usage from intake users, but it's valuable for the learner group to be aware of this tool should need to use it arise.

How-To


Step 1: Click View Investigation Details


Step 2: Click Initial Interaction Decision.

The Initial Interaction Decision explains any automated decisions, such as auto-pay and auto-provisional credit. 


Step 3: Click Chargeback Rights.

Chargeback Rights are also called recovery rights. These indicate whether the disputed activity can be recovered on by working with the merchant.
