View Claim Details

Overview

Intake users can view the claim details on all claims. The Claim Details show us the responses to the intake questionnaire.

How-To

Step 1: Click View Claim Details. 

Step 2: Review the intake questionnaire.

These responses cannot be edited, so any changes or additional information needs to be captured using the Add a note tool.
