We've put together interactive e-modules to support back-office training. The modules introduce claim resolution through QFD. Users will complete a short knowledge check or simulated tasks. Experience is the best teacher, after all!
We recommend completing all modules in order. SCORM files can be downloaded here and uploaded to the firm's LMS.
