8: Fraud Info

Overview

The Fraud Info tool is available for fraud claims and provides an easy way to retrieve and update details related to identified suspects and filed police reports. If required per internal best practices, advise the learner group when to add suspect details and information from the Police Report. Also define when users should review this information as part of their investigation. 

Use a fraud claim to show this tool. 

How-To

Suspects

1. Click the + Add item button
   
   
2. Fill out any provided information
   
   
3. Click the Save button
   
   
4. Click the Submit button

Police Report

1. Click the Police Report tab
   
   
2. Complete the required fields:
   
   
   1. Police Report ID
      
      
   2. Officer Name
      
      
   3. Phone number
      
      
   4. Department
      
      
3. Click the Submit button
