The Questionnaire tab presents an editable version of the intake questionnaire. Users can update the responses on the questionnaire if the investigation requires it.
Most often, the intake questionnaire is edited on disputes where required information for recovery is missing, such as the description of what was purchased or how the account holder attempted to resolve with the merchant.
Use any claim to show this function.
