10: Tags

Overview


The Tags tool can be used to tag cases so that they can easily be reviewed later. For example, users can tag claims that are associated with a data breach. Using this tool is not required as part of daily case work but is available to track special claims. 

How-To


  1. Type the following in the empty field:
    amazon



  2. Click the Add button



  3. Close out of the Tags menu by clicking the X


  4. Click on Tags



  5. Click on amazon under Recently added by me



  6. All the claims tagged with amazon are displayed and are accessible by clicking on the Claim link
