The Tags tool can be used to tag cases so that they can easily be reviewed later. For example, users can tag claims that are associated with a data breach. Using this tool is not required as part of daily case work but is available to track special claims.
How-To
Type the following in the empty field: amazon
Click the Add button
Close out of the Tags menu by clicking the X
Click on Tags
Click on amazon under Recently added by me
All the claims tagged with amazon are displayed and are accessible by clicking on the Claim link
